  • What is the TAT?

    We ship within 3-12 business days excluding weekends + federal holidays. If the order is over $300, please add 3-4 days to the TAT.

  • What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

    While we are not responsible for damage done in shipping, we do try to include a $100 insurance on every package that leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please email us and we can help you with the claim filing process. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to hear back.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

  • Can we request specific items?

    If there is something you are wanting, but we currently don’t offer it. Please email us and we will see if it is something we can get for you!
